Our People

Ryan Rajiv Singh

Once a high-performing Junior hockey player, Rajiv redirected his competitive drive toward academics and business. After completing his Business Degree at BCIT, he identified a clear need in the real estate sector for property managers who are financially disciplined, transparent, and relentlessly service-oriented.

Rajiv built his foundation in both leasing and building management through roles with both boutique firms and large corporate operators, gaining a deep understanding of residential asset performance. Driven by a commitment to higher standards, he eventually launched his own practice and began building a client base focused on trust, communication, and results.

Today, as a licensed Property Manager and Realtor, Rajiv oversees an expanding portfolio of properties, blending sharp financial insight and operational excellence with a strong client-first philosophy.

Aman Gill

Aman Gill is dedicated to the property management profession, bringing a personable touch to his methodical understanding of the market.

Having graduated from BCIT with a Marketing Management: Professional Real Estate Diploma, he began his career at Onni, where he simultaneously completed his BBA and earned his Rental Property Management License from the University of British Columbia.

Aman previously worked with Royal LePage Wolstencroft Realty, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio and strengthened his expertise in complex asset operations. He also worked with SHAPE as their Director of Property Management, leading a team while managing AAA landmark properties including The Amazing Brentwood and The City of Lougheed.

Today, he brings this extensive experience to REMAX Performance Property Management, offering professional, client-focused property management rooted in accountability, market knowledge, and proven operational excellence.
